Inspired by the traditional floral designs of Kerala's Onam festival, Pookalam: The King's Welcome is a relaxing yet strategic game of pattern building, spatial decisions, and clever card layering.

GAME OVERVIEW

Objective

Create the most beautiful and symmetrical Pookalam and score the most Victory Points.

Gameplay

Draft Flower Cards from the shared Garden and choose which half of each card you want to keep. Layer or tuck away the other half as your Pookalam grows through the two concentric rings (Chithira Valayam and Thiruvona Valayam). Complete symmetrical patterns, claim Mahabali's favours, and race to finish the Pookalam before any one else!
