You win by satisfying some unique scoring objectives.

The players can choose to add more scoring objectives to their hand as they play. Remember not to reveal your scoring objectives to your opponents.

Guess what, if you'd ever want to remove a block you can choose to demolish that site and build your own. Ahem, just like Bengaluru.
